Lentil Salad

For the dressing:

  • 5T dijon mustard
  • 1T tahini
  • .5 lemon's juice
  • 5T vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch thyme
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1t garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • cayenne

For the lentils:

  • 1C lentils
  • 1C water 
  • cumin, onion, garlic,
