2026 Lunar Calendar
This beautiful Lunar Calendar is made by my good friend Grace Ng Dung and I couldn't be more proud to share her with our wonderful Cognitive Function community.
This calendar is a 13x19 in. print (a standard frame size), printed on a silk-finish cotton paper. It displays all the daily moon phases for 2026, the astrological signs to the left (a new feature!!), and labels for all solar and lunar eclipses. The phases, signs, and times reflect the visibility from the northern hemisphere, PST.
Artist statement:
"This year’s lunar calendar is an ode to Faerie, and three trees long associated with that realm. Hawthorn, Elder, and Rowan each spring from a mound of folklore rich in stories of the Otherworld, encounters with spirit beings, protection charms from malevolent magics, and thresholds leading to the land of the Good Folk. The flowers and berries of each of the trees are all nourishing and nutritional, and have been utilized in folk medicine worldwide throughout the ages. The hagstone, or holey stone, is long believed to be a natural talisman granted by the Good Folk to see into their realm, and to perceive the truth beyond glamours or enchantments that may be affecting you. It is my intention that through this stone you are granted a new way of seeing—not only the realm of Faerie, but of recognizing the wonders and beauty of the world that surround us all the time, moment to moment into eternity. May the presence of these trees protect you on your journeys and bring medicine into your heart."
All prints are rolled and shipped in a sturdy corrugated poster box.
All funds go to supporting Grace's work.
